Just across the Mississippi River from New Orleans, this suburban community offers easy access to Bayou Segnette State Park's fishing spots and swamp tours. Families appreciate Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve nearby, where rangers lead walks through cypress forests teeming with wildlife.
Excellent location, as it's relatively central to most places in and around NoLa. Walking distance to lots of places to eat and shop. The free parking was very convenient,
Overall the property met my expectations and I look forward to staying here anytime I need to be in New Orleans.

The building was well kept and staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious and had most things you would need. The location is excellent for commuting via streetcar and walking.

Easy and secure parking. Good location. Spacious and well equipped room. Booked a suite. Everything you need including air fryer, blender, utencils and full size fridge. Will definitely stay in the future.

The front desk staff were incredible. We arrived a couple days before the hotel got really busy, even when a large number of people arrived for a local competition, the front desk staffed remained responsive and helpful. The assistant manager at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond on our first day in New Orleans. She helped my husband mark up a map of where we should go what we should do good places to eat. We followed her advice, and had an amazing vacation. Thank you.

Really nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just a tip, if you want a quiet room do not book 311. The room is great but if you are a light sleeper the occasional outside noise may bother you. I liked the room…but some people might be bothered by the noise.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Olivier house. The place was amazing!! Staff were fantastic! Felt like we stepped back into historical times. I highly recommend this place. Centralized to everything made it easy to explore the French Quarter!
I would definitely go back next visit to New Orleans. Cheers! 🍻

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provided a ton of helpful information when I arrived, and there were some perks that came with staying (Uber credit, discounts on tours, etc).
My room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise. It was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the fruit infused water they put out every day in the lobby area.
