« I do not have any complaints about this property. Very quiet neighborhood and the home is lovely. We have a family member that gets chilly when she gets out of the shower. She was happy to know the bathroom ceiling exhaust also blew heat! The property was exactly as listed. The host, Steven, was readily available and always followed up. « I loved the property overall, was all what was pictured. A few rooms had a few critical issues that caused a major inconvenience once we were out in the city. 2 of the rooms plugs did not work at all, nor did the lamps. I hung a towel on a rack that collapsed on my foot, which I discovered was being held by tumb tacks. I think we paid for the convenience of the location. The property was still overall nice. »

« I was concerned that this home might be too small, but it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for my husband and I, and so homey and well-appointed. Lovely, quiet location and there are plenty of great spots to go right in the mid-city area. Sheri and Lee were responsive and great to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again! »

« Comment vivre la vraie aventure de la Nouvelle-Orleans ailleurs que un logement typique de la ville? Maison traditionnelle divisée en deux logements. L’organisation est en enfilade, avec chambres traversantes chacunes ayant sa salle de bain. Le logement a une jolie décoration un peu masculine et festive. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire. A proximité : le parc Armstrong (5 minutes à pied), le quartier français 8-10 minutes), la ligne verte du tramway (10 minutes). Le parking est aisé juste...

"Hôtel bien situé. Le hall d’hôtel est WoW ! Le café au petit café est très abordable et délicieux. A notre arrivée, notre chambre n’était pas prête. On nous a facturé pour garder nos valises dans une pièce sous clé. Pourtant l’hôtel était loins d’afficher complète .Une heure après, on nous donnes une chambre. C’était la première fois que je vivais cela dans une hôtel de me faire facturer un montant par valise. La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer. Plafond qui avait couler dans la salle de bain, draps tachés, plaque électrique brisée, plancher de céramique sale , bref il y avait sûrement d’autres chambres de mieux que ça à nous offrir."

"Hôtel qui ne vaut pas 4\*. Certes l’hôtel est très bien placé, on peut difficilement mieux faire. Mais cet hôtel présente plusieurs défauts majeurs: une partie des employés n’est vraiment mais alors vraiment pas aimable du tout (une autre l’est heureusement): notamment quand on veut récupérer notre voiture ou la remettre au voiturier, l’acceuil a été horrible (pas ceux qui nous amènent la voiture mais ceux responsables de la gestion des voituriers le matin). Au prix du service en plus (sans compter qu’il faut attendre 20 min pour récupérer sa voiture. Si on anticipe et qu’on donne un horaire: si la voiture arrive avant et que nous ne sommes pas là on se fait très très mal recevoir: enfin c’est encore pire que les autres fois) …. De plus cet hôtel ne propose aucun service (pas de guest laundry, pas de cafés ou d’eau à disposition, seule une petite bouteille d’eau nous attendait dans notre chambre à l’arrivée, alors que nous étions 4). La literie est vraiment très mauvaise: mal de dos garanti. Autre point: la troisième nuit nous n’avons quasiment pas pu dormir car des événements privés peuvent être organisés dans l’hôtel (tout près des chambres): nous avons eu droit à de la musique et aux personnes qui chantent une grande partie de la nuit. Point positif: la piscine est très agréable mais quand on voit tous les clients boire de l’alcool dans la piscine on a toujours un petit doute sur l’hygiène…. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel donc. Dommage il est très bien placé. "
