We were able to have 5 adults and 1 teenager to sleep and relax comfortably in the home. The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The pillows were all the same, which I didn’t care for, but the other two people didn’t complain. The bathroom was loaded with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, the towels were soft & fluffy! The kitchen/living was very small but it was ok since we were gone most of the time. There was a convertible table with chairs, but I don’t know where it could have been used without constantly being in the way. The washer & dryer are located in the 1st bedroom, not in a shed in the back yard, which was nice to find. The first 2 bedrooms have a closet, but the 3rd bedroom had no place to put clothes or luggage, so an addition of some foldable luggage stands would be great. We were able to park right in front every night except Friday and had to park down the block on the other side, not too bad. The unit is a duplex with wood floors so your neighbors could be very heavy footed and noisy. Friday night we were also kept awake very late by the noise from a bar somewhere behind the house. I paid for the place a 2nd time out full and was assured that I wouldn't be charged twice and the affirm payment would be refunded. Today I messaged Genesis to check on this because my affirm payment is due in 2 days and I get told I now need to contact Vrbo.
