Genesis communicated with us about everything and responded to all communication quickly. My wife and I were travelling with our 15 year old son and 18 year old daughter and the penthouse space was exactly what we were looking for so that everyone had room and not just cramped like we would be in a hotel. The location was amazing for us - right between Poydras and Canal - and easy access to trolley and bus lines if you wanted to venture out without walking.
