"Disappointed in the quality. Here for dance comp. Our room bed sheets were so thin they were see through. Room had a funky smell. Ceiling in bathroom peeling. Thursday when we checked in hallway by our room had popcorn al over and still there come Sunday. Any public bathrooms here were absolutely disgusting. I know dance events are busy with many visitors but no excuse for how disgusting they were. Too bad the venue itself isn’t bad. Well laid out and convenient location. Any staff interactions were pleasant and they were always very helpful."

"Absolutely super convenient to YYZ and next time I'd drop off my car at the airport the day before and avoid last minute car-rental return because Westin Toronto is minutes away from YYZ via their handy shuttle and I'd get dropped off steps to check-in. Evrything about the Westin was first class and convenient, even to the extended hours of their diningroom and pub, geared to travellers hours. Even the parking lot has a rear entry close to elevators. Rooms are spacious and bedding is luxurious and plentiful with fluffy duvets. Couldn't ask for more."
