"We had a falls view room - very nice view :) The room was clean and had plenty of everything. The elevators were quite fast. Location is excellent for walking to the falls area and local restaurants. It was annoying that the gym is not accessible from the north tower due to restriction on pool use (? booked times, locked door). You have to go down to the lobby, use a south tower elevator and then access the gym. Also, the gym does not have any fans or sufficient cooling; please improve! Overall, we enjoyed our stay :)"
