"Misleading advertising. This is a motel in the middle of nowhere with unprofessional staff and worst- no room available, after giving away your room. No record keeping skills. Wasted 5 hours and not able to check in. Have to pay for a last minute hotel at 11.30pm at night.
Do not think about coming here. Neighbor are people you'll don't want to see like homeless. "

"The hotel is beautiful,great location,very clean and room was beautiful. What I didn't like ? We couldn't get into our room until almost 6:30, even though check in is 4:00. The staff was rude, and we were given keys to a room occupied by someone else. We finally found the manager who went up to our assigned room to inspect it, and gave us the key.Not even an apology. There were many people waiting, including an elderly woman with a walker.
The three sisters cafe was great. Great food,reasonably priced and excellent service. Casino was nice and very clean.Hotel is a convenient location minutes from the falls.
This is my first negative review. We will not stay there again."

"Love the location. Anchor Bar is around the corner. Great restaurants and stores nearby as well as the airport. The hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff. One guy really went above and beyond with me and my family. He even drove us to the airport when he was short-staffed. I want to stay here again when I return. "
"I was a bit surprised first you say there was breakfast served. You should of said there will be coffee and cupcakes and thats it. It was pretty pitiful.
Secondly, while looking into breakfast i ask an employee if there was a soda machine. He just said no and didn't say anything else but walked away from me. Who doesn't have a soda machine in a hotel?
Thirdly, it looks like you have a 2 burner stove, but no pots or pans and no silverware. I just thought that would be there to use?
Lastly, in the 3 days i was there i never saw any cleaning people to pick up trash or refresh the bedding or towels?

"Some minor concerns to staff , but overall I would say 5. Room wasn't ready on time (at 4.00pm), even though we arrived early (3.00). By 4.00pm they give us only 1 room out of 3 booked, it took another hour to give us 2 other rooms. It was mentioned that by default they will clean the room and to opt-out need to explicitly tell them, or put privacy note on door. But cleaning didn't happen as promised had to ask for additional blankets and water.
Liked: room cleanness, microwave. Rainforest cafe is inside hotels building! Easy parking. Nice aquarium decorations on first floor! Convinient location 10 minute walk to rainbow brige, niagara state park. "
