Check in staff was very nice, late night staff was less nice. We appreciated the availability of a fold out bed. The room was dirty, from gross bathroom floors to gummy bear candy stuck to the carpet and bugs in the room.

We booked here for 2 nights and the next day after visiting the Falls we were locked out from our rooms ( we have 4 rooms and all locked) I called the front desk but no one was answering so I went there and they activated the key card again saying the person who checked us in last night just do it for 1 night only

The building has spider webs everywhere and we found 2 spiders inside the room. The breakfast was not great. It didn’t have much to choose from.

construction and old equipment all over the site unable to get breakfast due to mob in food area workers were nice to us iceman on its last leg brown water coming out of sink in room upon arrial the reservation was not completed so it had to be done over.Surround are is not inviting makes you think you took a wrong turn lol.

I booked it last minute July 7 The room smells cigarette so many ants come inside the room that was disgusting. I don’t recommend this place even the front desk, lady she was very friendly. have to go buy my own candles so I don’t smell anything.

The hotel was old and run down. Our room was not cleaned well at all. You could clearly tell the floor was not swept, there was stuff all over it (dust, white stuff (looked like styrofoam pellets, etc). There was garbage (used tissues & empty water bottle) under sink. There were also many flies in the room. The sink didn’t drain well (filled with water) and the tv didn’t work. The Expedia reviews were extremely misleading! If we could have left,without losing the money we paid, we would have left immediately after going into the room. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk staff was pleasant.

Just ok . Curtains did not cover the entire window which allowed hotel light shine into room all night. Hotel needs a good clean on the outside. The stairs need paint or cleaned. I feel I overpaid for the quality of room and hotel. The check in was easy and the staff was helpful and kind.
