This hotel is an affordable place to stay. It is always overbooked so expect it to be fully occupied. The employees are expected to climb mountains of work, but they are friendly and helpful. "AMAZING"!

The rooms were very outdated. Above the air conditioner the paint was peeling. The towel bar was barely attached to the wall and was coming apart. No water pressure. Looked like we were the only ones on the wing because all other rooms were closed for renovation. Sheets made us itchy and was the bed was not comfortable.

Will not stay at another Sleep Inn. Dirty and not well maintained. They say they are renovating but all they did was swap out carpet for poorly laid vinyl flooring which was wavy and filthy. Plus mildew around shower stall .

Property was ok, I don’t particularly like having to ask daily that we’d like the maid to service our room. To me, that is one of the perks and why you stay in a hotel. We were there for four nights, the message only got to the maid twice. Their system of leaving her notes on her desk was ridiculous. Everything was done with NOTES! We needed a couple of light bulbs, a NOTE was written, too. Our showerhead dripped and was never taken care of😝 NOTE must not have been delivered or read. The hotel in general was a good find, but it did needed sprucing up. ESPECIALLY THE BED! We slide into the middle as they were so soft and old. Come on people, you can do better!

They didnt have the same room we booked, they gave it to someone else, they still gave us a 2 bed room, which was okay and was done really quickly. for the most part everything was clean, the breakfast was good, conveniently close to the airport, the free shuttle from - to the airport was great.

We liked the service at checkin and the breakfast was good with courteous service as well. We had very noisy neighbours whose room key wasn't working. They kept us up at night. When we informed the front desk they said that there were no other rooms available to relocate them.

overall for what we needed, a place to sleep for on night, it was good. rooms could be updated, but were clean. full size beds are too small, we has three people in the room. nice to have a sofa and sofa bed, and in hindsight, probably should have used it

This is a very busy hotel located next to the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Expect the hotel to be very busy. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom shower is a modern pod style with a generous spray of warm to hot water. The morning breakfast was very nicely presented and a welcome perk for any hurried traveler.
