"Beautiful hotel located at the end of bourbon street in the quiet side of the French Quarter! The property is extremely clean, well maintained pool, walking distance to everything. The bathroom shower had a couple minor issues which were resolved quickly by staff. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The rooms were large, clean, and pleasing. What I did not like is not having available coffee. I feel at the rates we paid, the service should have included coffee and a free breakfast. We decided we can stay at a nearby hotel/motel which offers these conveniences at a lower price that I paid at Horseshoe Casino Hotel. I will not return. I can do better."

"I stayed one night at the hotel. Overall everything was good. The staff when we checked in were so nice. The only issue was we called around midnight for dine in and it took awhile to get ahold of someone. But when the gentleman brought the food up he was very apologetic. "

"Too much smoke in the gambling areas. I realize drinking and smoking comes with gambling but I’m not used to being around smokers so it’s a little tough to stay in the casino without having to go outside for fresh air every so often. "
