"Good location overall. New Orleans was dissapointing. Quite a run down City."

"I like that it was in the French Quarter. The food was good. Banquet hall was nice and staff was Great! I didn't like the streets being blocked off that it was difficult for my ride to pick me up. I almost missed my flight. I did not like that my bathroom was not stocked adequately. I had to call about getting more toilet paper and towels. Did not have new shampoos & conditioner restocked when room was cleaned. "

"Security deposit was 120/night and there was a 75 dollar fee that they take out from that. Most staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really nice, spacious. The refrigerator wasn't working and it seem like someone had unplug the dryer to hard because part of it was in the outlet. The gym is very small, the pool was closed. Aside from that we had daily housekeeping and they were doing some construction during the week."

"The staff was exceptionally accommodating, polite and friendly. It’s a great location within walking distance of the Quarter and Frenchmen. "

"No soap at the lavatory. The shower head still has a flow re-stricter in it and flow is inadequate. Housekeeping didn't know what to do about it. Overall really enjoyed staying with you. Thanks"
