Beautiful hotel. It is old and did have some flood issue upstairs but we dis enjoy it. However, house keeping knocked on our door every hour. We were going to check out at 12 and told the housekeeping since 7am that we dont need any house keeping! We were trying to sleep after a late night! They knocked on our door at 7am, 8,and 9am! The courtyard was beautiful and staff were very sweet!

We stay here so much that I don’t know what else to say. Valet parking is awesome. The hotel is extremely quiet and peaceful. Staff is right on point. And the price is the best in the quarter.

Had to have room keys made 4 different times. Toilet backed up first day. No TV for three days. Mold in the shower. Bar and restaurant closed for the hole time without being notified when we booked.

This property has a smell (old/mildew) as soon as you walk in the door. The carpet needs to be pulled up, the elevator makes noise as if its going to break down. They need major updates!!! The room I had smelled as well and was just old. Went to the front desk and asked if we could change or something. Nicole was very nice and accommodating. She was on point! Gotta a better room. They don't have a ice machine on each floor, but they have a sign up that they do. Have to go to front desk for ice.

Hotel needs maintenance. All aspects of the hotel need work. Elevator floors are cracked, elevator sounds horrible, like it’s going to break down. Pool was not cleaned, pool furniture dirty or ripped. Gym equipment is either out of order, or not there. Ceiling tiles in the gym are about to fall. Ice machines on the floors are out of order. Hotel is conveniently located to Burbon St.

Pool was not cleaned until the last day that we were here. Elevator sounded like it was going to break, but also was authentic to the older feel of the hotel. We felt like the hotel was authentic to the French Quarter.

The doorman Ahmad And Marvin offered great recommendations about the city. I only know the quarter, but this visit I was able to learn more about New Orleans! I will be back in two months and will stay at Maison Dupuy again.
