Very fortunate to be the guest on a grand opening of the hotel. We only found out after checking in! The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming and the rooms were delightful. We only planned to stay there for one night but we just had to stay for another because the room and the view and the people in the accommodations were so amazing, top-notch five star. Personally, our favourite hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel was very good overall. There is not much in the immediate area but there is a train stop only minutes away. The restaurant had some tasty food at very high prices.
Our room was very nice and had a good urban view, but was small.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Thoughtful Service!
I had an amazing stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
One of the standout features was their room cleaning system—if you opt out of daily cleaning, they provide a bag with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water, which was a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The showers were incredible too. The water pressure was on...
