The chalets were perfectly appointed and comfortable. The wash and dryer were a bonus. The team here looked after us brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble. The communication before, during and after was excellent and they provided us with invaluable information for ski suppliers and getting around. To Sarah, Bellen and Joachim, thanks so much for everything. Loved it. Location was beautiful and worked for 2 adults and 4 children but would be a bit cramped for 6+ adults. The on-site manager was outstanding and responsive. The only two negatives were the steep incline down to the property and this side of the mountain offers no good slope area for beginners. Zen chalets was a great place to stay in Hakuba valley. It is a 5 minute walk to the bottom of Happo-one resort and next to many bars and restaurants.
