Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
the location is excellent, it is in the heart of Shinjuku near the train and bus station,
A lot of dining options just around the hotel.
On the other hand the hotel is not worth the price, the rooms smell and are very noisy, the bed mattress is so firm that you are better off sleeping on the floor.
The concierge staff are very unfriendly.
The location is close to JR, shopping and excellent restaurants. Hotel staff are excellent but bathroom is stinky . The smell comes from the drain but housekeeping staff tries very hard to keep clean.
