The location is great, you can see the Tokyo tower from the rooms. The amenities are great, all refreshments are complimentary. The only downside is that the room is a bit small if you are traveling with big luggages.

Room was not big, but had a corner sofa and desk fit in. Fridge, safe, pants press, air purifier… Spacious bathroom with a complicated toilet. I recommend using Google translate before you try to figure out things yourself. The glass between the room and bathroom will change its transparency by pressing a button in the bathroom, to enjoy the view while you are taking a bath. Very good location.
