Overall , this is not as good as my previous hotel. The reason being: 1) it’s not as clean (eg shelf above the washing machine has dirt ; the oven and bowl has food bits from previous stays. 2) the staff is friendly just don’t really see them around. Still recommended to stay as it’s near to many eateries , convenience stall and train station. It has a separate area for kids with Tatami mats, comfortable beds, multiple TVs, a large dining table, and a full kitchen - the best is the laundry machine. This was so easily accessible to the Asakusabashi stations (both Sobu and Toei Asakusa) that quick trips and in and out were fast. There was also a Lawson downstairs for quick access to eats if you come home late. The other best part was the Hanamasa (wholesale) grocery store right across the street - you can grab all the items you need to cook in for breakfast and dinner if you don't want to head out to eat. A bunch of local restaurants in the area were also fantastic. Also there are some restaurants close by, and Akihabara one subway stop away, or a 20 min walk. The staff are all very courteous and helpful. We had the traditional Japanese room, which was very comfortable for us and our 18 year old son.
