« Front desk staff were polite but slightl indifferent, with the exception of one very kind staff member- Tang. She was vmvery attentive and kind. The 7th floor spa and the restaurant's staff were the reason why I gave this place 5 stars instead of 4\. The entire restaurant staff made my stay delightful and warm. The food was simply but delightful. And there was one memorable elderly Japanese woman who made me feel just at home with her smiles and energetic conversation- despite not understanding...

« The front desk staff and house keeping were great. They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. The entire area from the outside to my room and the cleanest of the room was perfect. Many restaurants and shops near by and a train station to move about with ease. »

"Vue splendide depuis la chambre (31eme etage, vue coté Shinjuku ouest), avec les grattes-ciel faisant face. La chambre offre un espace tout à fait convenable pour Tokyo. La douche est agréable et le design global est appréciable. Bonne literie. Enfin, le personnel est également très efficace et amical. L’emplacement dans la Kabukicho Tower offre des options de restauration sur place. Très léger hic sur le lobby qui pourrait etre repensé (l’accueil forme un ilot central qui tourne le dos aux clients entrants et sortants, et il y avait un peu de bazar dans ledit ilot). A réserver sans hésiter"
