The location was awesome, right by Shinjuku station and a million other things. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. No Street noise, except the occasional siren. The staff was very kind and helpful. Was a lovely home away from home.

We stay in 4 hotels in Tokyo Japan and JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku was one of the best we stay in and rank #3. Tokyo Disney Hotel was #1(at the end of the long day at the park, the short walk is a blessing), Park Front Hotel Osaka (the view of the bay was breath taking) was #2. JR Blossom services in this hotel was excellent and the room was quiet and no loud heater/vent noises. One of the great services they have at this hotel was the conviences of sending my luggages to the next hotel and the short walk to all the major trains. We would stay here again when we visit Japan.

Booked a Twin room for 3 pax. Room is clean and well kept by the house-keeping team daily. Room size is decent for Tokyo standards. Great location for those wanting to stay in Shinjuku area. Just a couple of mins walk from Shinjuku station (South Exit). Only thing worth ranting about is the room's wifi. It's erratic and not reliable. Overall it's still a nice hotel with great location .
