"There was a mistake in the booking and they charged me 600 dollars extra for something that could’ve been easily dealt with and gave me a different room then I wanted I called there manager and yet nothing was done. Food definitely needs to be updated the room service menu is very small and very small portions, the food isn’t that good I book with excellence always and this will be the last time I ever book with them "

"Room was kept clean but small caribbean roach found dead. Its ok i dont mind since balcony is open and bugs can come in. Buffet needs more selection of authentic dominican food not Americanized food. Not one single dessert was good. Dessert is usually my favorite part . I wish I would have known about the beach. No sargassum but not able to get in at all in a week due to aggressive currents (red flag all week). Hotel grounds are beautiful. This hotel is not for party people. Played low music on a small speaker by the pool and told to turn off by staff. Also not allowed to eat inside the pool. Nothing to eat snacks after 11 pm. Only $10 room service. I would not return to this property."

"Pool and beach were amazing temperature. Drinks were great. The staff don’t speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. Received a bit of miscommunication due to the language barrier but other than that it was a nice trip. Rooms were clean, hotel was well maintained. Very lively environment we thoroughly enjoyed our time here"

"The customer service was amazing, I booked the Elit Club and it was the best thing ever. On day two the guests next door put out a speaker that was very loud and started putting trash in the pool. I reported the issue to the front desk, and I was changed from room and the rest of my vacation was outstanding. The Buffet was the best to me they had better food than 3 of the restaurants I visited. The Elite Bar and the Elite Pool were outstanding. Everyone in the facility was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. They work so hard to make sure everything is clean and well presented. The local store on the facility was great also and had everything one would need or forgot to bring."
