Due to covid 19, i was unable to go on my spring break trip. I have attempted to contact the hotel and Expedia several times. And they refused to give us back credit for the hotel. Finally heard back from expedia this week regarding an issue around the incident (which happened in march) and they said no refund will be rewarded. The hotel refused fo give us money back as well. Sad because i had been to the resort two other times and will not be returning!
