« J’ai séjourné 4 nuitées avec ma famille dans cet hôtel au mois de mars. Tout etait parfait, l’accueil, la courtoisie et le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté des lieux… le petit déjeuner est très varié et vraiment excellent. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Le tarif des repas au restaurant de l’hôtel sont très abordables, un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons sans nul doute lors de notre prochain voyage à Ottawa. »

« Upon arrival, the reception clerk told me to park on the street for the weekend instead of valet. I parked at the exact spot he said. Sunday morning my car was gone. It had been towed. The employee at the reception said they didn’t know we couldn’t park on that Sunday and even employees moved their car before they got towed. They didn’t care to advise their client to move their cars though and say they aren’t responsible. I had to pay $450 to get my car back. If you have a car, YOU SHOULD...

"Au comptoir au lobby, le staff est lent. Dans ma chambre au 5e, impossible d'ajuster le thermostat, il faisait 26!j'ai eu très chaud. La TV est préhistorique, impossible d'accéder au guide télé. Mal insonorisé, on entend tout le monde dans le couloir. Etonnant pour un hôtel de ce calibre. Chez Zoe, le staff est top. Ll'architecture est sans égal, bien situé. Un voyage dans l'histoire."

"Upon arrival, the reception clerk told me to park on the street for the weekend instead of valet. I parked at the exact spot he said. Sunday morning my car was gone. It had been towed. The employee at the reception said they didn’t know we couldn’t park on that Sunday and even employees moved their car before they got towed. They didn’t care to advise their client to move their cars though and say they aren’t responsible. I had to pay $450 to get my car back. If you have a car, YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE "

"J’ai séjourné 4 nuitées avec ma famille dans cet hôtel au mois de mars. Tout etait parfait, l’accueil, la courtoisie et le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté des lieux… le petit déjeuner est très varié et vraiment excellent. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Le tarif des repas au restaurant de l’hôtel sont très abordables, un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons sans nul doute lors de notre prochain voyage à Ottawa."
