Property was perfect for a touristy vacation in Ottawa. Tons of restaurants one street over and walkable to the main attractions - Parliament Hill and museums. Highly recommend.

There was a terrible buzzing / squealing sound which was audible in our room and a bit annoying for sleep. I mentioned it to front desk staff and was told maintenance would check it out but I didn’t hear from anybody anymore. Other than that, the stay was good.

Lack of plugs at the night table for CPAP machine and phone charging We had three people registered but only enough towels for two, however, we got the attention of an attendant and she provided us with extras. They kindly allowed us to extend our parking for a couple of extra hours while we attended an event at city hall, just down the block.
