Housekeeping was not great. They were short staffed so our room was not maintained. We had to call the front desk when we needed items replenished in our room. During our 3 day/2 night stay, someone came to our room once asking if we needed anything. Employees in the lobby were very nice. Restaurant was closed and we didn't find this out until we arrived. This was not mentioned on their website when we booked and paid for the room days before.

I booked this last minute on Canada 🇨🇦 Day long weekend in Ottawa and WOW! Everything was perfect. Super clean. It was basically a 1 bedroom apartment. Perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. Garaged parking, secure entrances, everything you could need within minutes -walking distance minutes!! I will definitely stay again in this hotel again without a second thought!! EASY 5 Stars

Our initial impression was that the front desk was unfriendly. Finding our way from our parking spot to the correct tower was confusing. During the day the front desk staff was much friendlier. The room itself was good. I did like having a kitchen, especially because I have food allergies. The pool was extremely cold and unenjoyable. The hot tub was nice though. The hotel was in a good location.

Poor quality and i feel Expedia customers dont get the true good rooms at this hotel.. as i.was leaving, i overheard front desk talking to a couple about a room in the other side of hotel that was very nice and comfortable.. we just.got.what was alloted and thats it .. no other offers
