The hotel service and check-in was great, and additional requestes were quickly handled. The room was large and clean with a great setup. The hotel experience was as expected, except that the pools were part of the attached Spa (which looked great, but was an added cost). It could be clearer that there is no pool access without paying more to use the Spa, and that kids are not allowed (18 only). Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.

The property was well appointed, pleasant, and had an upscale feel in the architectural style and interior design, however, the room that we stayed in was too noisy. Many sounds above and outside our room could be heard.... especially, and disturbingly, we could actually hear the sound of people above our unit peeing, and flushing the toilet every time they used their bathroom facilities. At one point I heard their toilet flush 8 time in a row. I'm guessing it's not like that in all units, but who knows.

Great service, clean, luxurious lobby. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very respectful and friendly. One downside would be the pools are only included with the spa which is not available for kids.

Main picture on Expedia for this hotel was a pool however no pool in the hotel. It’s false perception of hotel. They do have a spa for adults only. We are traveling with kids. Disappointed because of no pool.

Decent place to stay with two restaurants available. There’s a golf course and pools and spa, all of which are nice. Not near anything within walking distance so having a car is a must. Located just across the river from Ottawa.
