Very cosy, allowed you to disconnect from the world for a weekend

Simply the best night we’ve had away in a long time. The cabins are cozy. The food is amazing and the staff are fantastic! I would love a week here. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing staff! Clean room. Love the jacuzzi and steam room to unwind the day. The location is great as it’s minutes away from Lake Louise and YOHO National Park. The breakfast is good too. Comes with 3 hot food, cereals, pastries, bread, bagel and make-your-own-waffle. They also have self-service laundry room too.

Very charming bungalows. Kitchenette included microwave, kettle, coffee maker and mini-fridge. Utensils, dishes, dish towels and detergent are available. Tea, coffee, oatmeal and nutrigrain bars are provided for easy breakfast. Ask for ice at front office. Though the days were hot (30C), the nights were cool. I love everything about our stay with this hotel. The most clean hotel i have ever experienced. The staff is friendly. The room has enough space and very well lit. Just sad that we didnt get to experience the hot pool as it is still under construction. The bed is so comfy and there is a restaurant in the hotel that just opened, we did not get to try it but it looks good. We will definitely be back.

great spot - slightly removed from the business of Banff. Be prepared, they do not have a elevator (they certainly will help with bags and main floor rooms can be requested). The rooms could use a refresh. The view outstanding. They have free parking, use of bikes, will loan you bear spray back packs, and have a shuttle (we found very handy). I recently stayed at Moose Hotel for my wedding and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Staying at top of the hill is a great experience. Overall service was good but on the first night (Friday) service was pretty poor (long) at the bar and food at Eagle restaurant was not great. The lounge side restaurant on Saturday night was a lot better and service at restaurant and bar on Saturday night was much better.
