"It is in an excellent location to Union Station. We bought a week pass for the Metro and saw all the DC sights. We are so glad we picked The George Kimpton. Plenty of food options -- we recommend The Corner Bakery Cafe, Notra Cucina (Italian), and The Pub in the Phoenix Hotel. Hotel was very clean and safe, staff was very polite and helpful."

"We stayed at this hotel because it is walking distance to the Nationals Park. The staff very friendly and helpful when we got to the hotel early and our room was not ready yet. We were able to drop off our luggage and explore the area before we got our room. Also, the front desk called us when our room was ready. The only down side of our stay was trying to get to the area in front of the hotel to valet park. We passed it several times before getting it right. What made it better was the...

I would have loved to give a five star review, but a main reason for choosing this place because of the pool and hot tub, which my company and I were unable to enjoy. I called and made known that there was a rambunctious crowd at the pool all day the day I was there, up until I last checked at 8:30pm.
