Room smelled, carpet was in poor condition, shower was broken, food was ok, no dinner restaurants close by - had to order pizza two nights in a row. But, walking distance from national mall and warf.

Very convenient location and walking distance to the National Mall and a Metro train line. Had a wonderful stay there visiting D.C. The hotel is literally right across from NASA Headquarters!

The positives: the staff was very friendly; the hotel is walking distance to the National Mall; the 2 bedroom suite is spacious and well-equipped; there’s a convenient little shop in the lobby; there’s a very good sandwich shop next door; several restaurants within walking distance including the waterfront Wharf area; bike share bikes were nearby; the hotel has a parking garage. The negatives: the heating wasn’t working properly; 2 out of 3 TVs in our suite didn’t work; the room smelled musty; the power was out from 9:30-4pm one day; the pool was closed for over a week for repairs; most of the cardio machines in the gym were out of order; parking was $53 per day; the breakfast buffet always ran out of items including utensils and plates; the food options were limited; the carpet needed cleaning.

Our 2 bedroom suite was spacious and had everything we needed. We requested a pack and play which was in the room upon check in. Hotel is close to the national mall and metro station. Wish there were a few more food options nearby that weren’t as far of a walk. The convenience store inside is nice but some of the items are more expensive than usual. The free breakfast is what you’d expect for a free continental breakfast. Nothing special but it was free and good. It was crowded if you didn’t go early in the morning. Staff was friendly. Lots of washers and dryers in the laundry room. We received a letter on our second day there that the pool was closing for maintenance which was a bummer because we only got to use it once. And another letter than the power would be shut off from 9:30am to 4pm which was annoying. I’m glad they communicated it but it was an inconvenience and kind of defeats the purpose of having a hotel room if there is zero power or internet for the majority of the day. Overall it was a good experience for our family of 5.

Excellent daily breakfast, located close to touristy attractions and Metro stop. Walkable to many downtown areas. Room was clean, elevators ran frequently with ample room, pool was good enough (although hot tub jets weren’t working). Only downside is that there weren’t many close places to eat or locations to buy groceries but we took an Uber from a store north of the capitol. Would stay here again.

Very good. We reserved a 2 bedroom "room" and each bedroom was well isolated from the other. Breakfast was good.

Location was very convenient. Room was adequate but both the bed and couch were rock hard. Breakfast was poorly managed running out of food, plates, silverware no matter what time you attended. May have been from a lack of workers. Took the front desk over an hour and two phone calls to deliver a sheet for the pullout after they removed it during cleaning.
