If you are traveling alone (maybe for work), then this hotel might be a good option. The rooms are modern and cute with fun remote controlled lights, nice hot shower and close to the National Mall. If you are rooming with another person, though, I hope you're very close. The toilet and shower are each in their own enclosed room, but there is only an illusion of privacy. The walls between each are fogged glass and you can see the general shape behind them at all times. Also, the doors don't actually close or latch, they are just a swinging door that mostly stays closed, but is not secure in any way. The walls/door do not block any sound, so your bathroom time will be very public to your roommate.
The bed is remote controlled to either sit up or lay down, so that's nice, but the mattress is terribly uncomfortable (think IKEA). The pillows are very squishy, so they don't offer any support for your neck. The walls are very thin, so if you're unlucky enough to have neighbors, you will hear everything. The doors to each room slam shut if the person doesn't go out of their way to slow them down, so prepare to hear a lot of door slams throughout the night. Also, the smoke detector has this light that blinks once every 30 seconds or so and it is SO bright that we had to hang a t-shirt over it, otherwise it woke us up throughout the night (seriously, it's like a strobe light!). Finally, self park was $50/night on top of room rates! That's insane!
