We entered our third floor room to find the window was open— quite unnerving. Shelf in bathroom was falling off the wall. Mini fridge barely put out any cool air and our room location seemed to be right next to the hotel water pipes— it was noisy. Also the AC was not functioning well. Parking area is poorly marked for a hidden/complicated entry. The bright spot was the staff at front desk. Pleasant and attentive. The service at the in-house restaurant was subpar.
