Great stay with family. Staff was extremely friendly. We arrived on early flight and they were able to get us checked in when we arrived. Extremely convenient location. Very accessible to many attractions and dining options. Awesome view at rooftop bar. Helped make kids first time in DC a memorable one.

Great experience, lovely hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Had an incredible view and dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Only disappointment was the ry person I talked with Ono phone to reserve dinner said she couldn't find it, but seated us anyway (had a bit of an attitude about "who did you deserve with?) and then maybe becau$e we don't live and dine in DC regularly, the very nice server asked us "offered us two bottled choices of non or sparkling water (since there was no standard glass of water on table?) and we had no idea we'd be charged $10! For the very very high price of meals and beverage$ you'd think they'd "offer" water that is free. But overall, VERY nice and clean hotel, expected for the high cost.

We were in corner units where you can see in the room, and in the shower area. Maybe frost the windows since the view of a corner of the building isn't really a big deal. Went to the Vue, and was told they could seat us right away, then they came back and said there was a reservations that just came in so we had to go down to the bar ?? Last we parked with valet on Sunday, then we received an alert 3 hours later that our vehicle was unlocked. Luckily we were able to remote lock it, and the valet was adamant not to tell us where our car was located, so only they could go get it for us. I needed medicine but they wanted to rummage through my car to get it for me, not let me go to my vehicle.
