the beds were nice. The fact that we could not get bottled water was not so nice. Price for parking overnight was outrageous.

I was amazed by Adelia’s customer service! There was a bit of a hiccup with my check in due to an Expedia issue, but thankfully I had Adelia there to help. Adelia was kind, professional, polite and patient. I really enjoyed my stay and I owe Adelia all the credit for her wonderful hospitality.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, from arrival to departure; the staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is GORGEOUS, the room was very spacious, and very clean. The food at the restaurant could have been better, but the service was SUPERB, and the prices were good. Thankfully, the Lounge and the local eateries were fantastic and within a 5 minute walking distance. Really loved the area also. I will stay here again if I am in town.
