Customer service was good. Bathrooms in the bedrooms could be cleaner….meaning upkeep on the grout in the shower area. No one wants to see black on the grout of a shower.

Great location. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet option was expansive and delicious. Starting to show age. The window unit air conditioner was very loud when compressor engaged. Room on the Mall side advised since the Le Efant rail runs on the back side of property.

The staff & management at this hotel are outstanding. The two restaurants have great food and wonderful service. In addition, after waking up with vertigo and not feeling well, we were given contact information for Doctors To You. This organization helped me to feel well enough to get on our flight home the next day. This hotel is close to the Smithsonian mall museums, and especially the Capitol Hill area. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
