« This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, along with bath soap and shampoo in the shower.I would note that entering the apartment requires walking down a narrow set of twelve steps, something to consider if you have mobility concerns. « This was such a cute place to stay! It was perfect for my family and me. We drove some and used Uber when needed, which made getting around easy. Washington, D.C. is such a beautiful city with so many things to see and do. We hope to come back again someday. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts. « Renter beware, property does not match description. This is a basement type dwelling with all windows barred, a broken patio door, and only one way out. Outside of building is old and unkept, especially for the DuPont Circle area. . Patio is dirty and dingy. One of the beds listed is a cot type bed in a hallway. All bedrooms are only big enough to fit the bed. It is small so just beware »
