« Andre’ was very nice! The home has some stunning features and in a quiet neighborhood. Pros:Pet friendly, beautiful artwork in the home, very nice furniture throughout the home. We felt safe with our little family and dog walking in the neighborhood. There is very little grass at this property, but plenty of sidewalks to walk dogs with grass. « The house is very clean and the Location is close to DC monuments and the White House, but the neighborhood is one in which you have to be cautious about. All in all, we had a great time.The property manager, Mr Yonas is very good at responding to questions and our every need! »

Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. « This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater.
It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use.
Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light.

« A beautiful house! Our unit was neat and clean. Check in was easy. Our host responded immediately when we messaged prior to arrival and before leaving. It was walking distance to a couple of nice places to eat. Definitely try Nostra Cucina. We bought the Big Bus hop on, hop off tour and walked each day to the third stop. Parking was not an issue, even when we had to move the car for stret cleaning. We would stay again and recommend it. »
