The first room had trash in trashcan and a foul smell when I turned on the air unit. Whe I went to the front desk, they immediately gave me another room. Very pleased with staff response to my situation.

Old hotel. Room was comfy except for the mold on the bathroom ceiling. Good towels. They still give you individual bottles of shampoo, lotion, and soap. Bed and pillows were very comfortable; in fact, better than that a Hilton hotel in Silver Spring. Free parking. Safe. Free breakfast. It was perfect value for the price for one night. Close to the Navy Yards nd Nationals Park.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This property was not the best stay. The rooms were not cleaned well, wood utilities were falling apart, we experienced bugs (roaches) in our bathroom, the beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were not a normal pillow size, it was like half pillows. It’s very outdated and needs a lot of upgrades and improvements as it states under new management so things should be changing soon :) The pool was the best out of it all. The complimentary breakfast was also okay. Parking is good, and the staff were nice.
