Room was ok. Other Marriotts promote their sanitizing efforts. Not here so left us a bit worried. Check in staff were the best part of the stay. Young lady was friendly. Checkout staff was the worst I’ve ever encountered. The man didn’t seem bothered to give me a receipt when I asked for it and said it would be emailed. Never came. Called and lady was rude to me telling me it was an Expedia reservation so no receipt. Not true I had incidentals (parking, store, restaurant). Finally she said ok and emailed it 5 times to me. I guess she showed me. Lastly and more seriously, the lack of guests wearing masks in the hotel was outrageous and no staff employee said a word. People (not eating) sitting in the lobby with no masks. People going up and down in an elevator with no masks. People walking to the restaurant with no masks. I’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t like this. Hopefully the latter gets addressed because these are serious times. I will not be staying here again I’m afraid. Too many issues.
