« How’s were very attentive and available for any questions we might’ve had. Check-in was smooth and the property was perfect for our trip. We loved the space. There were even some toiletries and kitchenware available for use which was very nice for our week stay. The location was also in a quiet neighborhood next to a park, nice for morning walks. Thank you!! »

« Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...

« Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology. »

« The property was in a very walkable location of Pentagon City and was large. We walked to Pentagon City and many restaurants. The apartment was dirty, we had to wash the sheets on the main bed before we could sleep on it. The floor needed to be mopped and there were food stains on a couple of cabinets. The vacuums and mops were stored in the main bedroom closet where we had to hang our clothes. Not enough trash bags or toilet paper, we ran out. »

« We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. We parked the car and never moved it until the day we left. Everyone was very helpful and we were contacted several times by wehost to make sure we had all we needed. When we had questions...

« The house was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and laundry necessities, and the host was always quick to respond/check in. The house is in a super convenient location with a metro stop around the corner. This all fit our needs for a small family, 3 day DC getaway. »
