We had a great stay! Definitely exceed our expectations. Close to DC and local Arlington restaurants. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities!
Do not have a lot of experience with Air B&B's , you made my trip wonderful. The house was very clean and updated. For a business trip. it was a great place to stay because of the two floors, we were able to break off into our own spaces. Wonderful experience from scheduling to leaving. Would highly recommend.
The house was so very nice. Interior is lovely. Location is so convenient to get in and out of DC. A whole host of restaurants within walking distance. We had a very relaxing trip. I would recommend this property.
This is a great location for any trip to DC or the Pentagon area. Sometimes we drove and sometimes we used Uber. Uber is cheap because everything is so near.
We were very impreased with this tiny little home. It is a wonderful place to stay
It was complete walkable to restaurants and the train stations and it is in a wonderful neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.
Place was clean and in a safe walkable neighborhood . Parking spot right in front of the home .Close commute to Arlington cemetary and DC.
Enjoyed my stay.
Adorable, comfortable tiny house -great jng neighborhood with restaurants close by
Great house, neighborhood, restaurants close by. 5 minutes from Reagan National(house surprisingly quiet!) Host very nice and responsive. Lessons learned: door lock will auto lock when you leave-just give it a minute; power on/off thermostat to get it to keep your setting. Great walking neighborhoods. It was a short visit for me -- but perfect. I loved the tiny house -- did not feel that tiny. Oh and did I mention the beds? So comfortable!!!

Beautiful home with walkable dinner options. Very close to the airport and to the Aspen Institute. The home was super clean and having the coffee machine and snacks a nice perks. I was alone but could my family and I could have fit nicely.
Great pl e and wonderful location. If you plan to cook a lot at the house, you will need some supplies. Has a good spice rack (no pepper) and a few pots and pans.
This tiny house is wonderful, and anything but tiny! Clean, new and spacious for any stay in the DC area. Is amazingly thoughtful and well-appointed with anything you might need as well. Comfy beds, soft towels and really appreciate the extra pillows! Was perfect as a launching pad to move our son in Georgetown for the weekend. Very close to everything in Pentagon and Crystal City.
This place is so adorable and just the right amount of space. I loved that it was within walking distance from restaurants and shops, but it was also very easy to get an uber right from the sidewalk. The space was very clean. I appreciated the little extras like the snacks and waters, and especially the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. That saved us from buying some that we would probably have to leave anyway since we were flying. The streaming services on the tvs was nice to have. The only complaints are that the wifi is pretty weak, and the hot water is a little inconsistent if someone else is using the shower or flushing the toilet. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
Check in process was seamless and easy. The owner communicated all the info ahead of time, AND was available and responsive to all our silly questions we had regarding using the thermostat and such. Very easy and friendly communication. The house and property all around is very clean, literally no dust or any grime whatsoever. At the same time, there was no cleaning product smell, which was a huge relief for us. Lots of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins etc. Thank you that I did not have to worry about it while on vacation (like I’ve experienced before with other rentals). The house itself is very well organized, with all the necessities and nice finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and linens fresh. Plenty of towels too. Parking is super easy and right in the driveway of the house. I felt comfortable parking my car there while taking the subway into the city. Subway station is just a short 8 min walk through a nice, friendly and safe neighborhood. Lots of dog walkers and moms pushing strollers. The neighborhood is full of families and quiet at night. There are tons of places to eat within a few minute walk from the house. Overall, we were extremely happy with this rental property.
This home was perfect for our stay for the Marine Corps Marathon. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and had every amenity of home. The host was in contact with us immediately and was available for any and all questions. They went above and beyond with frequent updates and allowing us extended access to the property in the event the marathon ran long. By far the best experience I've had with VRBO or any other home rental site.
Everything was above average and the listing was accurate. Extremely easy check in, dedicated parking space, three rooms had their own thermostat and the location is excellent. We were in town for only one night for the Army 10 Miler and were able to walk to the Pentagon easy. Pentagon Metro stop is even closer, 10 minute walk and restaurants and bars in Crystal City are four blocks away (5 minutes) I would highly reccommend this place for any business or travel requirements for the NOVA area.
