"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that rooms overlooking the indoor pool can be a bit noisy during the day when children are using the pool. The noise generally subsides by around 9:00 p.m. If you're looking for a quieter stay, I'd recommend requesting a room facing the outside of the hotel. We had been looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub, but there were so many children playing and screaming that we decided not to use the facilities. It may simply have been because we were there on a weekend. I think it would be a great addition if the hotel offered an adults-only swim or hot tub time for an hour or two each day for guests who are looking for a quieter, more relaxing experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff made it a great place to stay."

"Location cannot be beat! You can walk to almost everything that is great about Quebec City; great restaurants, close to old Quebec and museums. The view of the river and city is majestic and so relaxing to watch with hot coffee early in the morning. Very spacious and clean rooms; pool is really nice but had no time to use. Would suggest using valet parking instead of self-parking; the underground parking is very tight and difficult to manage (I have a scratch from the wall as a souvenir!)."
