Let me start by saying I’ve stayed here a few times and always have loved it. The rooms are beautiful still the staff is very friendly until something comes up then you can feel tension. I’m not gonna go into full detail about everything but I’ll just say this. You need to understand if you’re staying here. You’re going to hear loud music played at the pool during the weekends very hard to relax in your room with thumping music. Second and the part that made this stay very difficult was the Wi-Fi would drop every 30 to 45 minutes. The TV in the bedroom wouldn’t play anything because it couldn’t get a signal and they tried to make up excuse after excuse saying the rain does that although it didn’t rain the whole time I was there and then I got an email from the owner saying that the Head staff told him it was my phone configuration. It ended up being something we talked about the entire stay, which is a shame because again the place is beautiful.

Everything was amazing, small side note. UBER is only allowed to drop you off, they can’t pick you up. You must use their taxi to exit property or take their shuttle to partner hotel in the city.

Food was way below average. Very disappointing for a all inclusive. Also the mgr at the Spain restaurant was completely rude to multiple people right in front of all guests. Trying to get help at the front lobby was impossible as well. We fly out vacation 3 to 4 times a year. This is the first bad review I've given ever on a resort.

Everything was great except upon arrival the staff was not very helpful. We extended our vacation from another location and only needed one night stay. We arrived early and bc of the rain none of the bars were open for drinks or snacks. When we asked to be directed no one seemed to know where anything was at. Also, we waited till 3pm for our room but when we went to ask if my room was ready, they said it had been ready since 12pm. I never received a phone call to let me know if was ready like the said they would. Once we got our Room it was ok.
