New fully furnished one bedroom condo in the heart of quaint Sidney by the Sea. Offering almost a perfect walk-score, you are moments away from oceanside walkways and bike paths, local marinas, and parks. This building is surrounded by the extraordinary amenities of downtown Sidney such as local distilleries, fromageries, bakeries, and diversity of locally owned shops and restaurants. Large kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, dual tone cabinets, a modern mosaic tile backsplash and under-cabinet lighting. The open plan layout flows seamlessly throughout and the large windows ensure the unit gets plenty of natural light. The bathroom also includes quartz countertops, heated porcelain tile floor and a full sized tub/shower with tile surround. Clean Condo
Bright, clean and great location close to all Sidney amenities. Star Cinema in same building and good restaurants just a quick walk. Parkade parking, in suite laundry and well equipped roomy kitchen. You can’t go wrong staying here.
