Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. I found the interaction with the manager pleasant. We had no other issues for the rest of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with staple pantry items. The decor is pleasant and tastefully done. "This place is so peaceful, yet easy to get to Quebec City and has a swimming pool / hot tub / sauna to entertain people who don’t want to sit around the fire and chat. There’s a fun games room. I highly recommend and was not expecting what we found. A great house to stay."
