As promised there was a very nice Christmas tree set up but there was not enough dishes and some were broken , for 7 adults and not enough dinning chairs , no children’s dishes or high chair, dishwasher was not working , snow was not removed , a neighbour lent us shovels so that we could get out of the driveway, deck and hot tub not...

"We didn't end up staying because this was a different place than was advertised in the photos, it smelled bad and there was animal hair on the sheets. We were told two days before our trip that the address was different than what we had thought it was when we booked. I didn't mind this new location, it was still in the general area that we wanted. But it caused us a whole lot of issues upon arriving from out of the country at 11 p.m. We ended up calling a taxi to stay at a hotel for the night...

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The lake is so peaceful it’s like a mirror for most of the day and night, seeing the trees and the moon reflected on it felt like a dream. The chalet itself was so beautiful and comfortable, it’s my favourite I’ve ever stayed at. The beds were soft, the water pressure was great, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and there were so many little thoughtful details like charging cables, games, maps, air fresheners, ambiance garland...

"I highly recommend this hotel. It had all amenities and the staff was very good. We were able to check in at 2:00 am with out any problem. View is good and pool in well maintained. Will go back to the same condos."
