"Centrally located "
Our check-in process was swift and efficient. We got in earlier than expected, but since our room was ready, it was not a problem. We requested a higher floor for the view. We stayed on the 24th floor. They still use an old fashion keys, we got two keys; one for the room and one for the gym and business center. We were in Montreal to see a hockey game between the Canadiens vs. Cayotes. Bell Centre is only five blocks. The multiple underground mall shopping is only two blocks, but construction downtown makes it difficult without having to find alternate ways. Again, because if the construction there were a couple if times that the hotel had to turn off the water because the city also turned off the water for a few hours. I am hoping though that on our next visit to Montreal, construction would be completed. We didn't eat at the restaurant since there were several restaurant within walking distance which had better food choices and less pricey. We would stay again, and recommend this hotel.

"Great Experience"
Front desk staff were excellent along with cleaning and maintenance. My floor did not have ice machine at the time of stay was being replaced and water was not overly hot in the morning for a shower. Hotel is close to everything I needed, off site parking was less then a block away.

"Great location near St-Catherine Street"
Nice hotel. Great WiFi. Terrible cable. On site restaurant is to avoid on weekends. Drunk sleeping at table on game night and all-you-can-eat buffet wasn't what was advertised.

"Good location, next to metro station, parking"
Little bit noisy, you can hear everyone who walks down the corridor, rooms are pretty clean, and good location. There is no a lot of choices in menu on the hotel's restaurant, but there are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. Interesting that some rooms have microwave and some not. In general, hotel is definitely have 3+ stars quality.

"Nice hotel, small rooms, NO AC?"
It's a really nice hotel, with good staff. Went in the winter, terrace would be really nice in the summer. Didn't get to try the restaurant, wanted too but no. Only downside was, no air conditioning, asked for a fan but never got it.
