"Overall, it was a good experience. The property is an old one and I understand that amenities would reflect that style. There was a problem with someone who left his/her two dogs in the across from us and those dogs barked incessantly. The staff moved us to a nicer room, which we appreciated. Also, the sauna and pool were quite nice. Although we understand that this is expected in a high-end hotel, we thought the wi-fi charges were high."

"This property was awesome. We were only there for one night but could have easily stayed a couple more. The pool was dreamy, and really felt like you were somewhere tropical and not in a big city. A massive hotel. Right down the road from the bell centre, and a couple blocks away from old Montreal, Montreal science museum, old port, etc! We had a truck, so got a spot right out front but it was valet. For parking you can either get a valet spot for $49 a day, or go to the underground parking, or across the street for $28 a day. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel! "

"The room is spacious, clean, and very quiet. The hotel is located in downtown, within walking distance to McGill university, old port and shopping centre. Staff are very polite. This is the best hotel I have every stayed. "
