I’ve been coming to tremblant for 25yrs now, fairmont use to be the place to stay, but not now, rooms outdated and and still the same since they opened, rent movies 25$, wifi 20$, 50$ daily for valet!! Breakfast for 2 was 70$ when other hotels serve buffet style comes with e the price of the room!! This time all outdoor pools were being demolished to rebuild, we booked fairmont only for that reason!! They told us only a few days before our trip, not leaving us time to change to something else, they did not compensate us for anything not being able to enjoy the one thing we were excited to do!! I do t mind paying for something if it has that value, this will be the last time for fairmont!! Thanks for ruining my 18yr anniversary!!

Conveniently located right next to ski hill and several restaurants. Hotel felt dated and weathered both inside and outside. Some staff were really nice and accommodating however there were several others who weren't very hospitable. Definitely a 3 star hotel at best and for rates they charge you would expect a much better experience.

For a family with 2 small kids this hotel was the perfect stay. Extremely convenient and has everything you need to have a fun filled vacation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We normally opt for newer hotels and certainly this property is old but very well kept and clean so it wasn’t an issue. Location was amazing, a few steps away to gondola, rental and restaurants. Will definitely come back.
