This is the second time we stayed. No complaints on both stay. Really like the loft, very comfortable for 4 people. We just wish the water pressure is a little bit stronger

The only downside was we were given the only room apparently where the a/c is in the bedroom. The bedroom unit was supposed to cool the whole suite, didn't really do the job. Sleeping with this going most of the night was the only negative of the stay! Don't get suite 338.

Loved the size of our room and the easy check in. We were having a lot of rain and it was impossible to get out of the door to the outside with the amount of water funneling off the room. there was actually damage to the inside due to the rain. pieces of plaster/dry wall had fallen down.

Clean room and very friendly staff but very noisy. Construction and renovations near or on the building facade right outside my window everyday between 07h15 and 08h00 for the entire five nights I was there. Music playing on speakers on the sidewalk starting at 08h00; without an audience to hear it. I wish I had received fair warning for the lack of peace and quiet that would ensue during my stay, prior to my arrival.

Pool was a great asset. Kids loved it. Located perfectly. You step out of the hotel and you’re in the main tourist area at the foot of the mountain close to everything. Highly recommend Staff we excellent and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again
