"Everything about our stay at the Chateau Frontenac was excellent—the service, from valet parking, to check-in, to the quality of the lodging, the food, and even the complimentary walking tour of the old city. Hotel personnel were unfailingly friendly and competent, and the facility has got to be one of the finest in North America. A true pleasure to stay there and to enjoy the hotel as the centerpiece of a memorable visit to historic Quebec. "

"Although check-in had a few glitches, the staff found a solution. The room is lovely, perfect with every amenity I could have wanted, great design great finishing’s.
I am an older traveler, and I did have some difficulty with the dark colors on the wall but once a custom to it, everything was fine. The lobby is sleek and modern. I was offered valet parking, but I did not have a vehicle with me. I highly recommend this hotel, and this will be my hotel of choice the next time I visit in Montreal."
"Best hotel in Montreal, really conveniently located halfway between the museum's/Mont Royal and halfway to the old town. The area around the building (particularly as you walk towards Notre Dame) could do with sprucing up, but the hotel itself felt like a safe haven. I would definitely recommend upgrading to a suite! "
"Had a great stay at the Sheraton last weekend, with great amenities and located in the city center of Montreal. If you are a light sleeper, rooms located in the higher floor of the hotel may be best but overall, I would highly recommend! "
