"The staff was amazing. They were always helpful, friendly and smiling. We really can't say enough great things about all of them, from the check in desk to the bar to the dining staff. We had a "Snug" room and the only think I would suggest is a way to put in a place to open your suitcase. Even if it is something that folds down from the wall. When they say snug, it's snug. The room was very clean and updated. We were able to hop onto the tubes to visit many of the sites surrounding the Hoxton. It is central to many attractions. Thanks again to an amazing staff."
